1. Wasim Akram

The ‘Sultan of Swing’ and arguably the greatest left-handed fast bowler of all time, Wasim Akram, wished to deliver bowling spells with Naseem Shah.

“If I think about the current stars who are bowling at the moment and considering that I had the fortune of bowling with the number one bowler of my time Waqar Younis, I will pick another right-armer, Naseem Shah. He is a youngster, he bowls at 150 plus and he will only get faster with time,” (quote from nation.com.pk) said Wasim.

2. Shoaib Akhtar

One of the fastest bowlers in history of cricket, Shoaib Akhtar, also shared the name of his bowling partner as a part of the Dream Pair campaign.

The Rawalpindi Express sees the replica of himself in Naseem Shah and believes that the young fast bowler would form a great aggressive bowling pair with him.

“Among the present lot, I feel Naseem Shah can replicate my bowling attitude and passion. Naseem and I would have made a fine pair with the same attacking attitude,” told Akhtar.
