One of the franchises of the BBL, Melbourne Renegades, has signed Mohammad Nabi again to strengthen their team’s line up ahead of the eighth season.
Also, the veteran all-rounder from Afghanistan, has represented the men in red in the seventh season of Big Bash League. He played a vital role by scoring 88 runs and taking eight scalps to help them in their stint during the tournament.
The side’s head coach, Andrew McDonalds, is glad to have the services of the star player. He called inclusion of Mohammad Nabi in the line-up for the whole tournament as a massive bonus and recalled the time when they missed his assistance in the late stage of BBL-07.
“He’s an experienced and intelligent cricketer who added a lot to our group last season. He was really effective with the ball and showed what he can do with the bat particularly in that match against the Stars.
